Domestic Floor Insulation, known as EPS70, Jabfloor70, Springvale Floorshield or Kay Metzller

Applications:

• Below the concrete slab in domestic solid ground-floor constructions to satisfy the Building Regulations' U-Value requirements.
• Below Screed, above either a concrete slab, precast suspended concrete floor or beam and block floor system in domestic ground-floor constructionsto satisfy the Building Regulations' U-Value requirements.
• Above a concrete slab or a precast concrete floor in domestic ground-floor constructions, and finished with a wearing layer of chipboard to satisfy the Building Regulations' U-value requirements.
• Between or below the joists to provide insulation to suspended timber ground floors.
• Also unofficially used as a cheap insulation for sheds and small out-buildings where building regulations are not an issue!
