
Customer Returns & Refunds
Unwanted Products
Products can be returned to us under these following conditions;
a) The customer must let our customer service team know within 30 days of the invoice date if they wish to return an unwanted product, and
b) The product must be in original condition, complete with original packaging, unused and in complete re-saleable condition or the product will be exempt for return, and
c) When contacting our customer service team you may either arrange to send the product back to us or our nominated supplier yourself (please check before sending), or we can arrange collection of the product at our own expense, collection will be made to suit our carriers when in area, and
d) Restocking and re-handling charge will be applied at the rate of 25% and credit will be applied to the same account you purchased from, once the product is received by us
Damaged Products
a) As per our terms & conditions, if a product is delivered damaged we must be notified within 48 hours from the delivery taking place, customers should either call or email our customer service team to notify us
b) If a product is faulty we must be notified with 30 days from the delivery taking place, customers should either call or email our customer service team to notify us, and we will make arrangements for the return of the product and replacement or refund thereafter
